Going thru a difficulty?

Ever notice how that there is a time and a season for everything?

Eccl 3:1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: Eccl 3:2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; Eccl 3:3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; Eccl 3:4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; Eccl 3:5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; Eccl 3:6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; Eccl 3:7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; Eccl 3:8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

God's timing is perfect in your life. His will, is perfect for your life. No matter how perfect or imperfect your situation seems, the Bible says the Lord is Psa 48:2 Beautiful for situation,

Job looked at his trials as a chastisement from the Lord.

Job 5:1-19 Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole. He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee.

There isn't a trial or problem that you are facing now, that Jesus doesn't know about. Putting your trust in Him is the most important thing that you can do. Do you remember the problems that were insurmountable in your life 10 years ago? They are gone and forgotten. The problems that you are facing today will be gone and forgotten tomorrow also. But how you grow in the Lord during these trials, this is the most important thing that you can do right now.

1 Pet 5:6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: 1 Pet 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

As you overcome the difficulty that you are in, you will be a blessing to those around you. People will be watching you to really see your faith in the Lord. You are not the only one going thru a trial.

1 Pet 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 1 Pet 5:9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.

When Jacob was in prison (Genesis Chapter 40) , he didn't allow himself to become self-absorbed in his own problems, but he was willing to help others in their distresses.

1 Pet 3:15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: 1 Pet 3:16 Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.

Your problem will give you grace, love and understanding for other people's problems also. Pray thru your difficulties so that your heart is pure.

Rom 5:3-5 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

Luke 8:15 But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

There were several things that Job saw in his difficulty.

1. Job knew that God would answer for him. 2.Job knew that he wouldn't have to explain his difficulty to anyone. 3. Job learned who his true friends were. Who can hear and answer better than the Lord?

Job 6:24 Teach me, and I will hold my tongue: and cause me to understand wherein I have erred. Job 6:25 How forcible are right words! but what doth your arguing reprove? Job 6:26 Do ye imagine to reprove words, and the speeches of one that is desperate, which are as wind? Job 6:27

Job also knew that no matter what happened to him, he would always keep the Lord in his heart and he would always trust him with a whole heart.

Job 13:15 Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him. Job 13:16 He also shall be my salvation: for an hypocrite shall not come before him.

Job's Wife Job 2:9 Then said his wife unto him, Dost thou still retain thine integrity? curse God, and die. Job 2:10 But he said unto her, Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh. What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips.

Prov 3:13 Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding. Prov 3:14 For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.

Psa 37:25 I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. Psa 37:26 He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed. Psa 37:27 Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore. Psa 37:28 For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

Phil 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
