Advice from an 90 year old Christian saint. Discouragement is the plague of a Christians Life. But here is Good Advice. 1. Whatever you do, do nothing that you wouldn't want Jesus to know. 2. Whatever you say in a whisper, say nothing you wouldn't want Jesus to hear. 3. Where ever you go, never go where you fear God's question would be, "What are you doing here?" 4. Whatever you read through the page, may allure. Read nothing under consternation. Read nothing that would be seen in your book and if God should show me that book. 5. A Christian Character's faith believes God's word. 6. Patience waits for God's time. 7. Hope expects all God has promised. 8. Love urges us to obey God's Commandments. 9. Humility bows low before God. All these graces belong to the char actor of a Christian. But this I know, God answers prayer. And I know to leave my prayer to him alone, whose will is wiser than my own. Believe it to be safe practice, it to be right. Some more good advice, Take the Name of Jesus with you child of sorrow and woe, it will joy and comfort you. Take it where ever you go. No better friend. Lelia Sister Lelia went to be with the Lord September 5th 2003. The Church couldn't hold all the people that came by to pay their respects. I always enjoyed Sister Lelia testify. She was hard of hearing so I don't think she could hear it thunder, but when she would testify at Church, she would always share something that went exactly what the message or sermon was about. C.
