Be Faithful

1 Cor 4:2 Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.

Being found faithful. What a blessing from the Lord. For the Lord to check your life out, and you be found faithful!

In school, I never did like a "pop quiz", for that matter, I never did like "tests" either, but being found faithful meant that you were there for the long run of the class without giving up. Some parts of the class I enjoyed and understood, and some parts were a little fuzzy. But sticking with the class, and doing the best that I could was the ultimate challenge.

On your job, being faithful to what task that is in your hand is the ultimate challenge. Paul said,

But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man's judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.

For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord. Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God. 1 Cor 4:3-5
