God Can Do IT!

A testimony by Ed Walden.

What a great miracle I was able to witness recently!

A young man, that I have known since he was born, was in a horrible motorcycle accident and was flown to an Atlanta hospital where he was not expected to survive or if he did he would be a vegetable the rest of his life.

On the day that I was able to visit this young man I was shocked by his appearance as he lay in the bed connected to life support. There were stitches in his face, a tube sticking out of his head to relieve pressure from the brain swelling, and his skin was scraped badly all over. Brother Sammy Williamson, the young man's father, his Great Grandmother and myself, began to pray and speak words of encouragement to the young man hoping for the best.

As we walked out of the ICU room I felt the power of the Holy Ghost like a flood rush down the hallway and over us as we turned the corner it came again and we began to worship God as we walked away. I knew without a doubt that God had come on the scene and was doing a work for this young man. When we came out of the ICU ward the rest of the family was there and I testified to them right there that a miracle was done that day by God Almighty in the name of Jesus.

The doctors and nurses still did not give much hope to the family but they didn't feel what we felt. Just a few days later this young man opened his eyes, began to talk, sit up and was moved to a room out of ICU. The doctors said they could not believe or explain what had happened but we all know what happened, God turned a hopeless situation into a great miracle. This young man's name is Brandon and he is home and doing well.

Just remember that just because the doctors or lawyers or anyone else in this world says there is no hope , that don't make it so. The world lives by a different book than we do. Our book is the Word of God and gives us the ability to overcome any obstacle that may come our way.

I hope that this will encourage and bless all who read it. GOD BLESS YOU AND KEEP YOU.

Brother Ed Walden
