What's In Your Suitcase?

If you've done any traveling lately then you no how important baggage has become. At the airport they may ask you to take off your shoes and you can't even carry a pair of fingernail clippers on your flight. Your baggage is x-rayed opened and thoroughly examined. Nothing unacceptable is going on this trip with you. And theirs a long list of items that are not allowed. For many people they get frustrated. Why are they checking me I'm not a terrorist. I'm not a bad person. Why don't they go after the really bad people and leave the rest of us alone.

With this scenario. I began to think about a trip I'm taking. But this trip is a spiritual one. And we all need to come to an understanding We are going to be going through the baggage check. X-ray, opened up and thoroughly checked.

Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead Small and Great stand before God.

Many think that only so call bad people are going to stand before God. The terrorist, the murders, you know the really Bad people. But if you claim you've been saved. You only sin a little Every day. You only lie when it's absolutely necessary. You don't steal because if a vending machine gives you more money back than it should that's a gift from God. You don't covet. God wants you to have possess as much as you can, its call the blessings of God. You don't have other Gods before him. Its called self-esteem. Plus your one of the good guys, in Church every Sunday, pays at least some tithes.

Every time they take up an offering, I give at least a dollar. Besides,
aren't those people supposed to be living by faith? Instead they want to live off my hard earned cash and that's not right is it? I'm an easy going person unless some one provokes me. Then all I'm doing is defending myself. I'm loyal to my spouse, she doesn't know about the trip to Hooters or He doesn't mind that little trip with the girls Night out club. I would never talk bad about any one but that Bro So and So and Sister what's her name, I'm just concerned.

The horoscopes that's not really witchcraft It's just innocent fun.
How about this one. Even Jesus was a sociable drinker. Now, remember What I said earlier?

Rev. 20:12 And I saw the dead Small and Great stand before God.

Jesus said in Matt 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works?

Doesn't that sound like the good guys. But before they could get into heaven God done a baggage check. He didn't just ask, He looked, He went on to say:

Matt 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

But also in Matt 25:21 Jesus said His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy Lord. So I ask the Question:
